GlowUp: AI Habit Coach ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.
Information We Collect
- User Input: Text you enter in the app (habits, reflections) is sent to our server and to Claude AI, a third-party AI service operated by Anthropic, PBC, solely to generate your personalized analysis. We do not store this content after processing, and it is not used to train AI models.
- Anonymous Device ID: A randomly generated identifier stored securely on your device is used to track usage limits. It is not linked to your identity.
- Usage Analytics: We use PostHog to collect anonymized usage events (screens viewed, features used) to improve the app. No personally identifiable information is included.
- Purchase Information: Subscription and purchase data is managed by RevenueCat and Apple. We do not store payment details.
- Device Preferences: App settings (theme, notifications) are stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage.

- To improve app features based on anonymized usage patterns
- To send optional local notifications you have opted into
Third-Party Services
Data Retention
User input text is not retained after your analysis is generated. Analytics data is retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of any data associated with your device by contacting us.
Children's Privacy
GlowUp: AI Habit Coach is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
